The concept for "Student City 2" aims to show the potentials of energetically efficient reconstruction, modern student accommodation and the advantages of private and public cooperation. As buildings are primarily susceptible to dilapidation and humidity, the focus of the energy concept is on the replacement of the basic infrastructure, based on an adequate ventilation and heating system including shaded windows. In response to the students needs, the design concept provides for a convenient layout of the student rooms with attached bathrooms and an additional use modification of the lounges. This creates more living space and allows much needed privacy. The added outdoor space on the rooftops allows for a variety of collaborative uses in the area of environmental, economic and social sustainability according to the needs and aspirations of users, helping "Student City 2" to become Albania's pilot project in the field of energy-efficient construction.

Popcisht Community Centre was part of the ESM Construction Projects in Popcisht Village. The project consists in the construction of a building with an area of 85 m2 with a maximum height of the structure of 5.1 m from the ground level.

Ressetlement Houses: Devoll Hydropower Sh.A has constructed two Hydropower Plants in two cities Gramsh and Maliq. Before the construction of Banja Hydro Power Plant in Gramsh city was neccessary to relocate 18 houses. These houses were resettlemented and constructed in 8 different villages (Kodovjat, Qerret, Driza, Cingar, Dushk, Cerruje, Gramsh and Banje), in a total construction area of approximately 1719 m2 divided in four different models respectively 76, 95, 120 and 150 m2. While in Maliq city became neccesary to construct 21 houses for residents affected by Moglica HPP. These houses occupied a total construction area of approximately 2120 m2 divided in four different models respectively 70, 100 and 120 m2. The construction of the houses also included the connection to the electricity line, sewage & white water system and inner roads.

Driza School: In the Driza village was proposed to build a new 9-year school by almost the same features and dimensions as the existing school, which was located in the area to be flooded by hydropower of Banja. The new school has a surface of 660 m2. It retains the same facilities as the existing school, with the change from 9 classes added a pre- primary class and the sanitary facilities as well as included in the new building.

- Supervision of Shtepanj irrigation channel;
- Supervision of works for construction of a waste water treatment plant for Gramsh Municipality and Pishaj Commune;
- Supervision of construction of the Potable water system for the villages Shushice, Drize and Cerruje.

Rehabilitation of the Shtepanj irrigation channel is in distance about 3.5 km from the intake. It has been combined with cleaning and repairing works for irrigation channel structures, to allow for the required quantity of water to reach the last edge of the channel.

The Waste Water Treatment Plant included mechanical purification for the sewage and digestion for the settled sludge. Special consideration has bene applied and preparatory measures has been implemented on the site of the WWTP to the fact that the sewage collection system is a mixed system. Therefore waste and rain water were collected and diverted to the WWTP.

DHP in the framework of replacing the existing infrastructure, planned to build a water supply system for the villages of Shushice, Drize and Cerruje, as part of the resettlement infrastructure affected by the construction of Banja hydro power plant.
